Consent forms signed at beginning of appointment

We just opened a barbershop and are using Square Appointments. We love how it works and want to use it for our tattoo and piercing shop that doubles as a comic shop. The problem is that we have to have our clients sign consent forms before they receive tattoo or piercing services. These are forms that we are required to keep due to regulations from the health department. For these consent forms to be valid, they must be signed in conjunction with us seeing their identification to confirm that they are who they say they are.

Is it possible that Square Appointments could allow contracts to be signed at the register and store these documents?

Hey @BrandonSommers, you can enable Square Contracts with Appointments or have the customer sign the contract in person. 

To enable the contract with appointments head to > Appointments in your online Square Dashboard > Click on Settings > Communications. Under Digital customer contracts, toggle on Send a digital contract to all customers upon booking.
