Connecting Appointments to Team Management

We would love to be able to roster our staff to existing appointments (at least 2 staff to each appointment) and allow them to see who they are working with & the appointment notes. 

This would allow us to change rostering systems and only use square for our entire system management. 

The idea would be to combine shifts, team management and appointments to all work together to allow our staff to know as many details as possible.

Combining Appointments with the Roster would be great. That way I can see what type of appointments are on which days so I can schedule the appropriate staff without having to click over to the other calendar.

We'll continue to raise this feedback with our Product Team. Currently, we don't have any news to share on the ability to roster staff to appointments but we'll let you know if this changes further down the line.
