To complete registration for the new Colorado SecureSavings program (which is MANDATORY), I have to input data for all my employees.

They need:

SSN, Name, Address, email address, phone number, BIRTHDATE.

All the info is in Square, but I don't see a way to simply export it to a CSV file.

Although their upload template doesn't have a field for HIRE DATE, I need it to determine if someone is eligible (must be employed for > 180 days) for the program.

They provide a .CSV template for doing a bulk upload, with these fields (payroll ID is not mandatory):

SSN

First Name

Middle Name

Last Name

Birthdate

Physical Address 1

Physical Address 2

Physical City

Physical State

Physical Zip Code

Primary Phone

Email

Mailing Address 1

Mailing Address 2

Mailing Address City

Mailing Address State

Mailing Zip Code

External Payroll ID Please provide a way to export payroll personnel data.

Your feedback and insight on this feature request is greatly appreciated. Since this particular feature isn’t currently available on our platform, I have updated the status to “Open.” Once more information becomes available from our Product Team, a Community moderator will update the status to the next phase.

Direct integration with Colorado Secure Savings would be ideal for payroll customers.  It's quite a pain entering this info manually and processing the payments every month.  Many other payroll providers are already integrated with Colorado Secure Savings.  Hopefully, Square will follow suit quickly.
