Close of Day Reports - adjust hours

We need the ability to adjust the hours for the "close of day reports".

We are open from 730a-330p daily, and it is not uncommon to have a couple sales outside of these hours...especially before we open.  Procedure is to run the "end of day report", but this does not capture the random orders that we might take at 715am.

As I understand it, we can adjust our business hours but in doing so, would this not adjust hours across the whole system, to include our website...which is built with Square?

The "regular sales report" has the option of "all day" or a selected date/time range...please implement the same.
