Added Feature for No Show Protection

So we charge our clients two different ways when it comes to late cancellations and no shows.

1.  They cancel late it's 50% of the service booked.......but......if they cancel 4 hours or less before their scheduled appointment it's 75% of the service booked.  The only way we can get this is if their card is on file and then we have to create and invoice...but it would be nice if we could automatically do so through the appointment dashboard (app)

 

2.  We charge 100% for no call/no shows (or if we have to cancel their appointment after it has already started).  The app will not allow us to charge two different percentages. 

 

These features would tremendously help others in the beauty industry who have different percentages for their cancellation policy 🙂

I second this, I don’t use a percentage but use a flat fee rate. But I do charge less when they cancel before their appointment. I only have the no-show set price to where I can’t adjust the price, which I believe you were able to before. But now if they’re new clients and I don’t have their card on file I have to send an invoice and hope they pay.
