And I noticed that I have the same problem that a couple other people have had in my online booking my address is listed correctly but it shows me in a completely different city on the map

Can I confirm that the map you're referring to is appearing in the Location & Hours section on your Square Online site?
If we're talking about the same map here, you can try and reset the pin by navigating to your Square Online Overview page > Website > Edit Site. Navigate to the page with the Location and Hours section and select this on the template to add or edit location details. Be sure to click Done and then Publish once you're finished.
If following these steps, you see no change on the map, please reach out to our Support Team directly so that they may amend this on the backend of your site.
