would a gambling directory be allowed to process through square?

Hi,
I have a client that wants to setup a website that lists gambling tournaments across the U.S. He plans to charge a monthly fee for access to the site (which is a directory). Is this allowed on square?

Hello @netlover2017, this is an interesting question. 

I want to start off by saying you should reach out to our Support Team. They can pass this question along to our Compliance Team, who makes the final decision if a business is supported or not. 

This is kind of tricky, because if you take a look at our list of Prohibited Goods and Services you will see membership clubs as a barred service. Gambling is on the list as well, but I don't think it applies since no bets are being placed.  

I still think you should reach out to our Support Team before getting started.
