Hello @pu-products and thanks for your question. I believe these three are presets that you can turn off or customize to one, two, or three most used prices. Check your SETTINGS somewhere, probably under checkout or grid, and you should see where you can set these preset amounts. I use them for a few items I don't have in my regular inventory, so i can just press a button and have the amount auto applied to the checkout list.
