want to reach out to my old customers from my previouse square acct

if I had a different square acct with my last salon and the acct hasn't been active in over a year, but I want to attempt to reach out to those old customers to bring them to my new salon. I tried to access the old salon square acct, but it wants me to present bank statements and my govt document that issued the EIN. None of those are available at this time as the salon no longer exists.

Hi there. 

If you've saved your customers to your Customer Directory within your Square Dashboard, you should be able to download your list of customers without any action in regards to the Information Request. 

If you did not save your customers to your Customer Directory, there is no way to obtain this information unfortunately. 

I recommend completing the information request as soon as possible. If you need help, reach out to us directly.
