We use the transaction search all the time and yesterday we were able to use it and today on our dashboard search is no longer available. In the dashboard when we go to transactions the only option at the top is to select a date range but we can no longer search transactions for a specific item. Does anybody know why this was removed? It is very important to our workflow that we have this option available. Thank you

Is this happening on the dashboard only?
I just checked and I'm able to look up transactions by item in my app without issues.
I'll check with our team if this was an intended change and if we plan to implement the search option again.

On the dashboard and on squareup.com on my phone. We were able to do it yesterday but today we cannot. We tried logging out and logging back in and we tried different user accounts avenue. All with admin rights.
Ok, yeah, I checked my dashboard on my desktop and I do not see the option either.
Is using the app a viable option for you at this time?
I have already escalated this matter, but being a Friday and past 5pm, I'm not sure I'll be able to get more insight on this issue today.
