setting a discount

I'm having a Friday the 13th sale with everything 13%off. I cant seem to set every transaction to automatically take the 13% off? So far I have to tap on every item sold, apply the discount go back and do it again and again. Does anyone out there know how to set it so that the 13% off is automatically figured in, and then how to change it back? Thanks!!

there is not a way to have every sale automatically 13% off.  you can apply the discount to the whole transaction by addingthe 13% discount button to your item grid and hitting that after you add all the items.

 I have the opposite problem as all my sales automatically have a 20% off discount which is OK for now, but I’m not sure how I got it there  or how to change it.

@Rando_Richard it sounds like there is an automatic discount turned on through your Dashboard. You can check this by going through the following steps:

1. Login to your Online Dashboard
2. Select Items
3. Click on Discounts
4. Make sure that the Auto Apply to Items and Categories is disabled
