save photo off of items list

So I recently lost all of my photos of previous work that I have made.  The only source I have at the moment are the small icon photos on the items list.  Does anyone know if there is a way for me to save those onto my computer?

You may not be able to access the full-size images you originally uploaded, @MoEarhart.

If these images are on your Square website, what you can do is head to your website, and click on an item to view the item page. Once here, you can right-click on the image, then press Save image as... in order to save the image to your computer. Please keep in mind that the quality/pixelation of the image may be degraded, as it may have needed to be downsized when you uploaded it to your website.
