What is the procedure to remove the "completed" status from an order?
Could you clarify a bit please? Are you wanting to refund an order?
I am interested in this, too. Occasionally "complete" will get clicked in error. I cannot figure out how to reset the status of the order.
The issue happens when you mark an item "complete" by mistake. There appears to be no way to return the status to pending. Can this be done?
