resetting password.. comes back as error to many re directories

my was resetted,and now i can not reset my password.

I hit the forgot password and the get the code to verify account.

then create new password and it comes up as ERROR TOO MANY RE DIRECTORIES?!

Hi there. 

These issues are usually resolved by clearing the cache on your web browser. Try that and let us know if that works. 

You can also try switching web browsers all together. Google Chrome has always worked for me.
