rearranging item variations

Is there an easy way to rearrange the variations of an item?  

I am selling lip balm and have one item for lip balm with every flavor listed as a variation.  I would LOVE to rearrange these to be in alphabetical order to make it easier to find the right one at check out, but I can't figure out how to do that without deleting them all and typing them back in alphabetically.  I don't want to do that though because I add new flavors all the time.

HI, you can do that within the Item Variations. 

Select the 3 dots, select Modify Options, popup to select the dots before each Variation to move (your cursor will change to a hand to drag)

On a computer: Dashboard -> Items -> Item Library 

Click on the item. 

Under variations, you should be able to rearrange them. 

After you click save, you should see the variations in the new order on your Square Stand.
