"Error creating invoice" message comes up when I'm trying to send an invoice. Help.

Hi all, sorry to hear about the trouble! Can you confirm where you're seeing the error (Dashboard, or in the app) and what browser you're using?
My first suggestion would be to try sending the Invoice with a different internet browser to see if the issue is specific to that. If that doesn't help, give us a call so a team member can take a look with you ASAP. Thank you!
when I try to send an invoice it states " there was a error updating the invoice" but it doesn't state what the error could be. How can I determine what the error is and how can I fix it?
