Aloha! I purchased the wrong hardware for my retail store. I am on a payment plan and I need to switch out my register to the white retail version. The one I have doesn't allow me to do returns and it doesn't print the name on the receipt. I thought that by buying the bigger better version I was gonna get everything I need. I may have purchased the one restaurants use but I need the one for retail instead. How do I get the one I need without interrupting sales at my store? I can't return the one I have until I have the new on in hand. Help!

Normally, you're able to do a return on any Square device.
If you would like to make a Hardware through our Square Shop up to 30 days after purchasing for your refund. If you would like to purchase the Square Stand before processing the return- you can do so! That would be the best option, so your sales are not interrupted.
