printing shipping labels

We recently signed up for the free Square site and as we went through the signup, they offered discounted UPS shipping. So we signed up for that as well and received a UPS account number.

But now we're trying to use that UPS number and the UPS.com website won't accept it and when I try to create shipping labels through my Square Online site, it doesn't give me a PRINT option, only a blue upgrade button.

Which level do you have to upgrade to in order to print shipping labels through Square?

I am having a similar problem. I’m not sure but I’m still working on it. Will come back when I get it fixed.

Your account must be upgraded to the Performance or Premium plan in order to purchase shipping labels through the Square Online dashboard. 

You should be able to use the UPS account you created through your Square account on ups.com directly, though. Do either of you see an error from ups.com? It's been awhile since I've tested this out myself, but I do recall being able to create an account, then use it immediately on the UPS website.
