If I have accidentally changed the order status from 'Ready' to 'Picked Up', is there a way to change the status back to 'Ready'?
@halotea Hi! I too have accidentally done that and was not able to find a way to change it back to "ready", but it also wasn't a problem in the long run. The customer still came in and picked up their order without any issues.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that couldn’t figure it out. It’s not really an issue at all, I just wondered if there was a way to change it. Thank you!!
I never thought about this but honestly great question! At this time there is no way to change the status back to ready. Thank you for reaching out and teaching me something new too!
