online store: quantity setting

How do I change the online store quantity to one of each item? It looks like it defaults to 10?? and thats the lowest setting!

Are you able to edit the stock for your Online Store items from here? 

It shouldn't default to 10, and you should be able to input 1. Where are you editing your inventory from? Let me know! 👀

Wondering the same thing.  I am giving away a free gift card to a local coffee shop with orders.  I am letting customers choose if they want one, but I only want them to be able to add one per order.
