new employee sign-in issue- Pin not working

I set up a new Employee yesterday and was given a PIN for them to clock in and the pin didn't work......I re-submitted for another number and re-booted my ipad, but her number is still not working?  Is anyone else having trouble?  I've set up several other employees and didn't have any issues.
