No, confusion can happen when the vendors enter the vendor's email address in the entry form on the receipt screen. So if you entered [email protected] on a customer's receipt, that address is tied to that customer's credit card in the square system until they correct it. so it's possible the other merchant is seeing your email address on a customer's receipt that way.
