my employees phone will not except the devise code sent.

My employees phone will not except the devise code I have sent.  we even tried to put in a e-mail account and use the code as a password and it still did not work... any suggestions??

When you log into the device you need to click the "use a device code" on the login screen to bring you to a different log in screen where you can enter the device code.  If the screen has 2 text boxes to enter data (like email address and password) you are not on the right screen.
