multiple accounts not working

I have two different businesses. I had previously added two different bank accounts and had two "locations". However I found out I need two different square accounts because I need the sepret with two diffrent bank accounts. I made a new account and I can get onto both of them however when I get onto my point of sale app on my phone I can see my invoices that i have sent (only 3 im new to this) but when I log online on the computer none of them are there. I cant find my invoices or my recites. I sent out an invoice and i got an email that it was sent and my app says it was paid but i have also not recived a "payed" email.

Hi there, 

 

From what it sounds like, you've created two completely separate Square accounts for each location rather than using the multiple-location style account correct?

 

If so, you might be logged in to the Square Dashboard of the account that you haven't sent invoices on yet. 

 

Try signing out and signing back in with the same email address & password that your Square Point of Sale app is logged into. You can view which account you're logged into at the bottom of the "Settings" page of the Point of Sale app.
