Hello @DiaMM thanks for your post. Do you have Inventory Tracking on that item set-up? When you are creating/editing an item, make sure to click on Mange Stock ⬇️

Then make sure your item tracking is turned on...and for all of your locations (my example only has one location, and my tracking is turned off)
