I'm a seller but I have another seller that is trying to invoice me and it's telling them invalid email. It's the same email I have my own account under and get emails from Square/Point of Service.
I even tried sending myself an invoice and it states invalid email. Any advice?
Hello @rblunk! This sounds super weird. Are there any spaces before or after your email on the Invoice?

No spaces. They tried multiple times and so have I to send one to myself.
I also got an email from the forums notifying of your reply.

We can't really do any troubleshooting on the community since this issue will require access to your account. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team so they can do some testing and possibly send this issues to the Engineering Team.
