image notification of which item sold?

i used to get an email with what sold, how many & an image of that specific product, but we just sold an item and there is the quantity, price and a small description.. but no image of which one. and i had to search for the details of the purchaser & shipping details. I feel i must be missing something with the new updates??

Hi there. 

 

So long as you have the Per Payment Transactional Emails turned on in your Account & Settings, you will receive an email with the payment details.

 

While these emails do not contain images, you can view the specific payment by clicking the "View Payment" option directly from the email.

It would be really helpful if images would return to the reciepts, especially for those of us that have a large amount of items (many similar). Also, could they please return to the item photos to the dashboard on desktops. Many of us don't have time to go into each individual item to see if it needs updating or might be missing a picture. Working off a phone is not always efficient and can be time consuming and therefore costly 😞  

 

It would really be appreciated 🙂

While I don't have a workaround for this, I'll be sure to surface your experience with item images to our Product Liaison team — specifically the need to have them appear on the dashboard and receipts. I can see how this would help differentiate your item library especially if you have a lot of items that have similar names.
