i never got an email for round 2 ppp loans now its end of march!

I recived the first round of PPP last year and completed the forgiveness application that I'm still waiting on approval for. Why did I not get a round 2 email. This is not fair at all now its March 24, 2021. The deadline will be here! PLEASE HELP!
