when you purchase the POS kit including ipad, does the ipad ship separately? it was not in any of my boxes???

Yes, when you order a kit, you should receive all items in a single shipment. To be sure I'm on the same page—do you recall if you selected the option to include the iPad at checkout?

If that doesn't clear things up, I would suggest getting in touch with an account specialist on our Customer Success Team and providing your Order ID (you can find this in the order confirmation email). They'll be able to investigate this further and make sure everything is sorted out ASAP.
