how to remove staff?

Im paying 90.00 a month for six to ten staff when I only have two. I believe owners are free. I cant remove the staff because it says at least one must remain for online booking. I don't have an online booking site or connection to my website. For the life of me I've tried everything. Ive been getting billed for at least a year. How do you remove staff if you don't have an online booking site?

That's odd that you're getting charged that much. How Payroll's fee structure is laid out is that you only get charged $5/paid employee in the month plus the base fee. It shouldn't matter how many employees you have on the system, just who gets paid.

Owners do get counted as an employee if you're pulling a check, though.

If you're still seeing an overcharge, I definitely recommend reaching out to customer support. There's a special payroll section in the phone tree.
