I have my shipping options set up but I just can't find the option to make it live. I have a free account and I am wondering if I have to pay to make shipping to my customers possible.

@lucynsky Forgive the obvious question, but are you sure that you have marked at least one item in your library as eligible to be fulfilled by shipping? If you don’t, then I don’t believe the shipping will be shown as a customer option.
In your item library, you would go to the Fulfillment section and toggle shipping on for each item. You can also bulk edit all (or many) items from your item library by checking them, touching on the Bulk Edit button, then choosing Set Fulfillment to toggle shipping on for them.
If you’ve already done this, then I’m sorry for the (like I said) obvious question. Let me know and I can do some more digging.
