Hi @debz20 and welcome to the Community.

There's not a way to be able to do this. You'll need to contact the customer to ask for the card information again or have the customer pay the invoice through the link sent by email.

Can I access credit card information from a previous transaction? or, am I able to recharge a card I previously charged and refunded?

I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller had the same question.

There's not a way to do this without having the card on file.
