I signed up for square loyalty, I own a coffee shop and I did but one waffle get one free but I cannot get it to come up to put on my phone number to get the star reward?
Hey @willlowrivercc - You can find more information on how customers can enroll in your Loyalty program within our Support Center. A thing to note is that the customer will only receive the text to enroll once they've made a purchase that is eligible for the star. Once they've enrolled, they will receive their first star.
