I have a customer here that has printed off her egift card page that was sent to here but and she wants to use it but I don't see the 12 digit giftcard code on it anywhere and there isn't a gift card under her email in the system
That definitely sounds weird @bladeanfeather.
The eGift Card email should have the 16 digit code on it. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team so they can take a look at this.
