I unpublished my website but my domain name jazzyknits.com is still associated with the dead page. The nameservers go to my own website, knitzy.com, but the domain does not resolve. What is going on here?? Please unlink the domain. Thank you.

Where is your domain hosted? If with Square, you need to contact Square Support directly. If with a domain provider, you need to obtain the new nameservers and adjust them within the domain provider dashboard.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
Thanks, I couldn't find the link to email them. I own the domain and the nameservers say they point to my other website so.... will have to wait for them to figure out what they did.
HI, any change to a domain is not an instant fix. If you changed the nameservers allow a few hours and domain should populate.
Thanks, I changed them back when I unpublished the page probably more than a month ago, just never checked as I thought it would be automatic. Never run into this before in my 20+ years of web-bing 🙂
