I have mobile app with square reader, is there away to disable multiple swipe creating duplicate transaction for one charge.

I'd love to help but I'm not quite following - the square reader shouldn't be processing duplicate transactions if you swiped the card only once.
With that said, did you run the card through your reader multiple times because you were unsure if the payment was captured successfully or are your customers seeing multiple pending charges from you on their bank statement?
