did transaction approvals go away?

In the Fall of 2015, when someone paid for a membership or made a donation through our website, we had to go into Square and approve those transactions before they were finalized and deposited. Now, we can't find a way to approve a transaction. did the need to do that go away? Is it official once we provide a receipt?

@VESPTA - You'll still want to make sure you mark your orders as shipped! You can find outstanding orders from the Orders tab of your Square Dashboard. You'll just want to click the green "Ship" button next to each individual order in the list.
