I flew in from DC to SFO; taxi in DC is found in receipts (in order to reprint), but taxi in SFO is not found in receipts.
Now I know that it was because the credit card statement line did not include the tip; so I was not entering the correct dollar amount into the receipt form. Also the receipt does not always have the name, address, phone, and email of the provider.
