creating an item with multiple chargees

I am trying to set up an oil change special that has a specific charge for parts (taxable) and labor (non-taxable) and be able to sell it for a certain price that is fixed.  I want to be able to ring it up by touching an item and BAM, it charges it out correctly......How do I do that?

there is not a way to add multiple items into a "master item".  your best bet would be to have 2 items setup, one for parts (taxable) and one for labor (non-taxable) and have them add up to your special.  

Oil change special 5 quarts $19.99

button 1 "19.99 special parts $12.99"

button 2 "19.99 special labor $7.00"

or whatever your legal breakdown would be.
