Hi, I would like to create a coupon for a % off and I see how you can create that with Square marketing, but once you create the coupon, where do I enter it on my website? Or does Square instantly take care of that? Thanks tons!
There are two ways to set up discounts for your online store, to have them happen manually or automatically. If you have them set up to manual, a customer will have to enter the promo code during checkout. If you have it set up to automatic, the discount will be automatically applied when the customer goes to checkout. Here is an article on creating discounts.
