Is it possible to fix the top nav bar in the cleanlines theme? Any insights much appreciated.

At this time there isn't a way to make the nav bar "sticky" or "fixed". While we are unable to troubleshoot websites with custom coding you may be able to accomplish this with the help of a web developer that knows HTML and CSS. 

Do keep in mind that customizing the code of your website will render it incompatible for troubleshooting until the theme returns to its original state.
