can customers book more than one hour appointments?

I signed on as a customer and was unable to book appointment for more than one hour.

Specifically when I book an appointment as a customer it only allows 1 hour. So to book a 4 hour appointment a customer whould have to book 4, 1 hour appointments?? When I book on my calendar I can coose 1-8 hour duration for appointment. Theres got to be a easier way for customers to book muti hour appointments

I can explain what's happening. With Square Appointments you'll create services that require a time duration. The service duration automatically blocks that time on your calendar when a customer books. 

It sounds like this specific service has a duration of 1 hour. If you want to offer a 4 hour appointment, you could change the service duration or create a new service.
