The only way to do this is to enter $1.00 as your flat rate shipping in the online store settings. Then any item you want $5.00 shipping on you will have to add $4.00 extra shipping charge. This would have to be done item by item in the online store editor. Find you item click edit item and scroll down. You will find the Extra Shipping Charge Field on the bottom left.
