Hey guys! I embedded the 'book' button into my business website for events--once clients are in my square booking page and click on the event it doesn't automatically take them to the designated date and time. I teach workshops and want to be able to have multiple events listed that clients can click on without having to schedule themselves. How do I set date/time parameters in the calendar? It's set correctly in my appointment, but not pulling correctly into the calendar.

Hey @sparkandgrace! I've got a couple questions just to make sure I'm understanding the situation so i apologize in advance- bear with me!
So right now you have workshops set up for different times that are showing up correctly in your booking site, correct? But when they book, it's showing incorrectly on your calendar? Is it the time that's showing differently?
Also- I'm just a little confused by the section where you mention that you "want to be able to have multiple events listed that clients can click on without having to schedule themselves." If they click on any of your workshops in your booking site, they'll be booking it themselves. Would you rather them book through you instead?

Hi @nika ! Yes, my workshops are at different times throughout the month. This shows up correctly when I create the booking, but when I go into my calendar it seems that only I can see it and the time has been blocked off like I'm unavailable.
When I embedded the button for people to book, it didn't take them to the correct day and time of the workshop, it just took them to 'todays date' in the calendar. When they went to the day/time of the workshop to book manually themselves (instead of being directed to it automatically like I want) that time showed me as unavailable.

This sounds to be a bit more complex than I was hoping. 😞 I would say the best thing to do at this point is to contact our Appointments team so they can get into your account and do some investigating. They'll be able to get to the bottom of these issues you're experiencing.
