additional shipping costs

I am creating a new website with Weebly and I charge a flat shipping fee but I need to add a shipping cost in the form of a percentage for order totals after a specific amount. For example, I charge a flat $8.99 for orders under $40.00 and 15% for order totals over this amount.

However, if this shipping option is not something Square can offer, would it be possible for the developers to add an additional shipping rate field to the flat rate shipping option so I can add an additional shipping cost for each additional item because I cannot ship my items the way I need to with the shipping options currently offered through Square.

Hey there! We have per-item shipping and price-based shipping with Weebly, but not in a sort of combined way like you want. As a workaround, you can make a per-item rate where it has a minimum number of items required.

For example, instead of using the flat-rate option, you should use the price-based shipping rate option and set one rate for up to $40, so it will provide that as an option for any order up to $40 bucks.

Then, you could figure out something which works on a per item basis and you can make multiple rules based on different item amounts to try to get it closer to what you want.
