Wrong time in sales board

Hi all... it's my first post in the community... thanks in advance for your help! 🙂

My shop is in San Francisco (USA) but I spend a lot of time in Europe.

When I check the sales board by hours I see the European hours (GMT) instead of the local hours (PCT)... So I see sales at hours when the store is closed... and it's weird...

 

I see that the sales report is showing me the info using my local time instead of the real (shop) time...

 

How can I see the REAL hours in the sales board?

Hey @skunkfunk, welcome to the Seller Community! We're excited to have you here! 

 

This is an interesting issue, that you've come across. I think that the time and date settings in your computer are causing the Dashboard to show in GMT. You would have to adjust your system preferences to view the accurate hours in the dashboard. The downside is your date and time will be skewed on your laptop.

 

One work around would be to view your sales in the Transactions CSV report. All of the sales will reflect PST. You can access this report by heading to the Sales tab on the Square Dashboard. From here you will select Transactions at the top of your screen. The export option will be on the right of your screen.
