WooCommerce Square Gateway charged incorrect amount on adjusted order

Using square payment gateway for WooCommerce. I have it set to "Authorize" so I have the chance to review/modify the order prior to "Capture Charge". When I adjust the order amount down from say $2 to 1$ and then capture charge the charge is captured at $2 even though the order notes inWooCommerce say that $1 was captured. 

 

$2.19 was the actual charge that went through.

Hi @MarlaBiggs- Have you contacted WooCommerce about this yet? They are the ones who handle the integration so you'll want to check in with them and see what happened there.
