Will the service show in reporting if I don't use Appointments app to check the customer out?

If I do not check out a client in appointments, is the service charge included in the sales report?

Are you just taking payments on the Point of Sale app then?

​​​​​​Either way the transaction would still be included in sales/reporting.

Are you looking specifically at the Service Charges option under Reports? If so, that section is actually not reflective of appointments sales/transactions. You would be looking at the Sales Summary report.
