Hi @Mac_McCabe - You can find the steps to turning on Open Tickets at Use Open Tickets with Square.
The "Use Open Tickets with Square" link provides these instructions:
Turn On Open Tickets
From the Square app, tap the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner to navigate to the menu or the down arrow at the top of the Square Register.
Tap Settings > Open Tickets.
Tap Open Tickets and toggle the feature on.
We are using the Square app, however, there are no "three horizontal lines in the upper right corner" that will allow us to navigate to the menu. Any suggestions on accessing the menu from the app or from the dashboard?
