When I ring a transaction on the POS API on my cell phone, it does not display the 6 character authorization code from the merchant processor (MC/VISA/AMEX). Is there anyway this can happen? It is needed for the documentation that I generate that is sent to the customer and kept in our system in the event there is a dispute with MC/VISA/AMEX. It is highly inefficient time wise to have to go to a computer, login, find the transaction, get the code and then enter it. This feature had been present in all POS systems that I have ever used since 1986 and it also seems a bit odd that square doesn't do this.
